The first Halloween movie premiered in 1978. It was an independent American slasher film. Halloween was scored by John Carpenter, did you know that? John Carpenter also directed the film, but most fans of the movie know that.
When it comes to independent feature films today, you have a good chance for your film to stream along with other films like Halloween, on Amazon or Tubi and other streaming platforms. Did you know feature films shot with smartphone cameras are already streaming on these platforms?
We just heard about Charon by Jennifer Zhang being sold. It will be available very soon. Charon was shot AND edited on a phone. She did not use a camera app, or a movie editing app, either.
